Lagarith lossless codec?
 

hello

im using animeIVTC to fix a source and lookin for a lossless codec to apply it i found Lagarith, seems good and use reasonable disk space (like 5 gig for 20 mins aprox)

are there other good options for doin this? does this affect at all the post kdvd encoding?

You may have issue for next steps due to colorspace used by the codec. I don't know Lagarith but it would be better if it works in YV12 or YUY2 and not RGB, else you will have a colorspace transform to do, that is always lossy.

That's the only thing I have in mind.

yes, it can work with yv12 but default is RGB u have to change it in codec config
