QS encode KSVCD/DVDs: any suggestions ?
 

Hi everyone, I know SVCDs (and to be honest DVDs too) are outdated today, but I have 1000+ CD-Rs and 100+ DVD-Rs that I don't wanna trash, so I'll use to give out local bands live performances concerts for free.

I also discovered that QSVEnc supports MPEG2 too, so the question is: how to set the best commandline for an optimal quality/size results ?
