You can use the same procedures you use to make a VCD. Just substitute the standard VCD template in TMPEG for a KVCD template.
Check Sefy's guides link in the main page of this site for tools and procedures. That is conversion from DVD or captures to KVCD. Not an encoded VCD to KVCD. If you do that, you'll loose a lot of quality.

Are you aware that the x3 will give you an average of 60 minutes on a CD-R? So 800MB / 60 = ~13MB per minute with a clean source of 23.976fps Wide Screen. You won't get ~4MB per minute, unless you use the LBR template.

check the new KVCDx3 templates and KVCD_LBR 180 minute template!


after seing 180 and reading the kvcdx3 i made the asumpiton that it was that template
