Hi knews2,

Go to doom9.org and download the latest release of DVD2SVCD here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.ph...threadid=36896. After you install it, go here: http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1478 and download the two files matrices.ini and kvcd_lbr.ini. Then copy them to your installed DVD2SVCD directory. Usually C:\Program files\DVD2SVCD
Then, when you run DVD2SVCD, just go to the "Misc." tab and "Load" the kvcd_lbr.ini file. You're all set now to encode KVCD's with the LBR parameters.

There's no way you're going to get that 1GB burned 8O
Even if you burn it on a 99 minute CD-R media, It won't play the complete movie on a DVD player. That's why I suggested DVD2SVCD, because it will take care of the file size automatically with file size prediction. So you can fit your movie on one or two CD-R's, depending on the quality you want.
