KVCD: BBMPEG Underflows when muxing Files?

I don't know if anyone ever experienced that but....

Whenever I multiplex an MPEG-2 Video file with an audio file with
BBMPEG (I use that because it has the function to limit the file size to 800MB) it gives me a whole bunch of "Underflow at point XXX)...
In the end it tells me that the file might not play back correctly (which is so : video stutters, audio gets outta sync...) and i should either lower the video bitrate (now we don't wanna do that right ;) or increase the startup delays (already tried that, didn't change anything...

Did anybody else have this problem?

What are your BBMpeg settings?
What are you multiplexing as? VCD, SVCD ??

Have you tried setting the forced mux rate to 0?

Yep... I had this problem too, and setting the forced mux rate to 0 solves it completlly.

I too have seen those errors, what is the outcome of the mpg when you see these? I don't see any difference in the SVCD's, I mean they seem to play back just fine. Then again I wouldn't see a difference If I don't know what to look for.
Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thx
