Hai everyone! I capatured some protions of a movie from DVD player thru capture card using Vdub and Huffy.
I din't drop any frames but when I conevrt to vcd using LBR templete the
video looks a bit fast and at some places small jerks though there is not problem of audio sync.
Can any one tell me what could be wrong.

Hi sreebang,

The KVCD templates are set to encode at 23.976fps. You encoded a captured video, which is 29.97fps. You can do one of two things:
(1) Change the frame rate on the KVCD template to 29.97fps, and your movie will look smoother.
(2) Do the correct and more complex thing, which is Inverse Telecine IVTC.
Search the forum for Inverse Telecine, and be prepared for a long read
