KVCD: KVCD_Predictor Won't Execute?

Kwag,

The KVCD_Predictor won't execute under windows XP. I tried it on two differant systems.

Error code:

Application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).

You need to download the .Net runtime from Microsoft.
