KVCD video always comes out too big or too blocky?

I must be seriously doing something wrong. I've tried every script and filter you said to try Kwag. But the video always comes out too big or too blocky and soft.

Process

First I rip with DVD Decrypter. Then i make the d2v file with DVD decrypter. Then I load the d2v file in fitcd in 2 ways. One using the blockbuster and nomosmooth filters, and the other with nine. Then I use TMPG to encode. I've tries like ever template but the result looks bad
