Source: Video: m1v constant BR 1150 29.97fps <-- Extracted directly out of the original using TMPGenc v2.58 de-multiplex

Audio: .wav 44100khz 224kbps extracted out of original using MPEG Mediator then converted into mp2 using headac3he v0.23, 128kbps Surround 2, Constant BR, Dual channel, NOT 2 pass mode.

Multiplexed using BBMPEG v1.27Beta, mode: VCD with VBR checked and forced mux rate to 0. Rest are default.

You don't mux as VBR if your source is CBR.

What if source is constant quality, is vbr needed?
