Half DVD template problems with video file muxing?

I havent worked much with the dvd templates much, but since i am trying to make a collection of home videos for my family i wanted something that was compatible with everyones dvd players. I can create a perfect dvd mpeg using tmpgenc but with video and audio. I want to create the video and audio seperatly like i do with the rest of the templates to aviod a/v sync problems that sometimes occur with tmpenc. I use bbmpeg to mulitplex the two streams and the result is that i have no video file. I used dvd on the settings and did both force mux rate at default and at 0. I have tried watching it in wmp and windvd and there is no video but the size of the file includes the video. Any help would be nice.

Thanks,

Branden

Something is really wierd when i try to mux a .m2v stream and a audio stream that i created from headac3he. I tried muxing the two with tmpgenc and it also didnt work. But it will work when i mux a .m1v it works. Here is the thing i cannot figure out when i encode the wav and .m2v to two seperate streams in tmpgenc then bbmpeg will multiplex them correctly. I am stumped. The thing is it worked before i reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled win2k i just dont know why it isnt working now. Kinda of a wierd prob so any suggestions would be helpful.
