Hi Jorel,

Here it is http://www.kvcd.net/KVCDLBR-Settings.ini
Let me know if I screwed up somewhere
Just change your default directories, and re-save the .ini file.

@Kwag

in kvcdlbr-settings:

MaxBitrate=1150
MinBitrate=300
it's right?

and:
it's the script that you use(LanczosResize),or have other better?
what you use?

0=BilinearResize(^TargetWidth,^TargetHeight)
1=AddBorders(0,^BorderTop,0,^BorderBottom)

[AVISYNTH_LanczosResize]
0=LoadPlugin(!Convolution3D.dll)
1=LanczosResize(^TargetWidth,^TargetHeight)
2=Convolution3d (1,0,0,7,7,3,0)
3=AddBorders(0,^BorderTop,0,^BorderBottom)
!Convolution3D.dll=C:\encoding\Convolution3D.dll

thanks in advance!

Hi jorel,

I just use BilinearResize most of the time.
Just change that in the script.
The bit rates are correct for the LBR. The 352x240 PLUS is 300-1,800.
