KVCD: Cannot download kvcd comp cd-r
 

how come everytime i try to download this i get a 404 forbidden message
ps the old lbr with 64,000 as the min bitrate template was better less squares it was better than vcd this is all i use can u send me an updated version of the template with 64000 set as the minbitrate thanks
