Splitting mpeg during encoding with Tmpgenc and KVCD-2 disc?

How do you split the mpeg into 700MB files during encoding with Tmpgenc 2.5 Plus and KVCDx2 704X480 2CD?

Use BBMpeg to mux your file and automatically split on CD-R size. Check the bbmpeg forum here.
