How does one change the matix in a template. I'd like to try out the new GOP and Notch matrix that has been discussed so much, but I can't figure out how to change the matrix at the template level. I see where to change the matrix in TMPGenc, but how do I save change.

Thanks,

Andy

Hi Andy,

Make the changes in the left top matrix area and click save. A dialog will prompt you for a name. Choose a name and save it

@akrein62,

Each Q-Matrix is stored in Tmpgenc.ini file. If you edit this file and
browse towards the bottom. You'll find saved versions of Q-Matrix.
It seems that you can only create and delete Q-Matrix via Tmpgenc.
I tried to edit Tmpgenc.ini, but when I excuted Tmpgenc it removed
my code and went back to the version before my changes.

if you use dvd2svcd to make kvcds like me,
you can edit the "dvd2svcd.ini" and save the changes.

works!
