Kwag,

It took a lot of time and effort on my part but here it is:

VRO file recorded at 4 hour mode (352x480)
DVD2AVI created (V1.76)
FitCD ran (V1.04)
AVS Script created
File was 107 Min
TMPGEnc (V2.54)
Opened AVS Script
Opened Your Template (352x480)
Used CQ 50 as a starting point
Ran the process on 1.4 Ghz Sys WIN2000 Pro
Total time 5 Hours
File size was 477,609
Played back on Pioneer DV 343
Panasonic LV55 Portable
Panasonic E20 DVD-Ram Player
Viewed on 61" Sony
Great picture even at CQ 50
Now I will start tip up the CQ

The recording mode does have direct impact on the Template, if in the 2 Hour mode you get much large file at the same settings.

I am a happy camper, many thanks to Kwag for getting me through this.

Bud
