Yes, that's it
Go for 352x480 if your DVD supports that resolution (SKVCD/Half D-1, CVCD, etc.). You'll fit longer movies with better quality/size per media.

Hi Kwag, Just last question on this subject, How would I know I have your mentioned KVCD beta 1-A matrix. I loaded your ini file but when I look at the matrix it does not match the one listed above just 3 or 4 replies in this forum by Joe.

It doesn't match because the one in DVD2SVCD are the old KVCD matrix values. You have to patch with the values of the new matrix. The ones which jorel posted above are the correct ones.

To create an SKVCD, change the GOP to 1-24-2-1-24 and patch in the new matrix values. Then select MPEG-2 and 352x480 as your output resolution. YOu might want to save your new settings to a new .ini file. Like SKVCD_Settings.ini , so you can later load them again.
