KVCD: NTSC to PAL convert, 23,976 to 25 FPS
If I have a NTSC source (23,976 fps ) and I want to make a PAL VCD ( 25 fps ), I need to change the fps from the audio too?
Can I use the virtualdub and change the fps and save to a audio.wav file to make the audio.mp2 with headache and mux with bbMPEG? And finally, in some of my encodes I get a "pause" in sound, but the video goes right, if I select to pad the audio when I mux the streams with bbMPEG I can get a better video/audio sync ? Thanks in advance for all your help. |
For to convert the video, use a avisynth script calling to function: "ConvertFPS(25)". The result is ok, and the video time fps25 = video time fps23.976. :)
Next, you have extract the audio, with Virtualdub, and use headac3he. And finally, mux with bbmpeg |
