TMPGEnc: Will Not Encode, Crashes

HELP Everytime i start to encode [ DivX, Xvid or any file ] if its larger then 100mb it Crashes !! i have all the Right codecs installed and that junk but after 10 to 20mins it CRASHES !

if theres any1 out there who is kind enuff to help me PLZ Reply cuz im srewed with out my encoder !

Post the script you´re using to make your encode.

What are you doing BlAcK_CeLl , encoding your DivX directly with TMPEG
