KVCD: Whats the difference of cq=60 vs cq=100?

first attempt...

cq=100
maxbitrate=1400

second attempt

cq=60
maxbitrate=2500

hmmmm....

very easy!

the CQ and maxbirate are completely different!

other question :wink:

Quote:

first attempt... cq=100 maxbitrate=1400
no birate variation, bad quality in high motion scene

Quote:

second attempt cq=60 maxbitrate=2500
large birate variation and better quality at the end

Rmq : I assume that min bitrate is 300
