Hello all!

Just would like to know what filters would be able to help in gaining some quality for a movie encoded to 352x240. How about for movies encoded in 704x480? Compression is really not an issue for me, as long as I could get a near-DVD quality to my MPEG-1 movie.

I'm asking this since I'm already a bit confused as to the filters everyone is using, especially to the values used for tweaking these filters.

Maybe someone can make a manual for all the filters used in KVCD. Thanks.
