KVCD: PAL is RGB 24bit or YUV 4:2:2 ?

Hi all

Could this be the problem. In dvd2avi there is an option 'colour space' with either 'RGB 24bit' or 'YUV 4:2:2'. When i do my PAL conversions this is RGB 24bit and i get great playback on my dvd player. NTSC dvds set the colour space option to 'YUV 4:2:2'. And when playing 23.976fps conversions on dvd player i get jerky motion and sound cutouts. Could it be YUV 4:2:2, should i try changing this to RGB 24bit?
