I live in finland so it´s PAL standard in here, can I encode .avis with 23.99 fps?, I´ve been encoding them with 25 fps but the picture is "twitching", not much but still...
The original .avis were encoded 23.99 fps!

If your source is 23.976, you should encode 23.976
Does your standalone play the KVCD compatibility image
That was encoded 23.976
You can get it in the "What's happening" section. Get version 2.

In clips 4 and 6 the picture "wrong size" because of the ntsc template!

All clips were encoded 23.976 (Inverse Telecine) from a TV show
