bbMPEG: Cannot Read Fom the Source File

I´m trying to multiplex, but when BBMpeg has scanned video and audio and it should start multiplexing it says "Cannot read fom the source file"
When I try the files they work fine, I hear the sound and see the picture, they just won´t multiplex, is there another program for multiplexing?

Ok, I got it to work with TMPGEnc!
I have no idea what the problem was!
