Guide for converting Mpg/mpeg to kvcd?

Is there a Guide out that shows how to convert MPG to KVCD (Easy Guide PLS)

Mpg files can be burned as vcds, the quality doesn´t improve if you turn them to kvcd, I think...

but they can get much smaller... renember that DVDs are also just mpg-files.

i can't feed my avisynth with a mpg2 file... don't know where the problem is... will keep trying
