If I create a vcd that turns out at 600 mb what tweaks will take it up to around 750mb? I encoded 51st state divx rip using the new Kwag Pal template, but i adjusted the size setting to reduce the massive letter box down to around the dvd size and upped the bitrate to 2050. I encoded at normal setting in tmpgenc but although the quality is good i cant help thinking it could be better but all my efforts end up with huge file sizes. Please help i've encoded this movie 4 times now and at 3-4 hours a time i'm getting a bit annoyed with it.
