Congratulations kwag, youve put in alot of work as we can all see.
Whats your next step from here? Some guides for encoding etc hopefully.

I would also like to see more templates, so keep experimenting with your GOP structures !! Who knows, one day you may create your own MPEG structure hehe.

Anyway keep up the good work, many people appreciate it.

Hi cybermage26:

Thanks. I forgot to change the permissions here.! That's because my eyelids are sticked to the back of my head. It's 5:45 AM here, and I'm still slamming at the keyboard.

I guess I'm pretty tired, as I've been all night configuring the final details of the site, and the forum. I hope everyone likes it, because I've put it up in less that 24 hours!.

Future plans are creating very detailed guides, specifically for video captures.

Then topics on converting those captures, or any material, to MPEG-1 and MPEG-2. And of course to KVCD's

The first guides on schedule will be for BT-848/878 chip based boards.

Right now the only guides in the site are Sefy's, which are the standard for reference on just about every subject.

I am the kind of person who doesn't like to "re-invent the wheel", so I will not make guides that have already been made.

I''ll take it one step at a time, hopefully adding some advanced topics, and trying not to duplicate information already available in other sites.

I will never have pop-up banners in the site. Eventually there will be some
small button ads from sponsors, but no more than one per page.

This will help keep the site growing and everyone benefits.

Defenetly great work on the page! and i'll hopefully manage to keep the guide updated to cover as much as possible, so people won't need to wonder around through the many guides, atleast the newbie's won't

And it's great seeing familiar people here! and i'm glad to be a part of this great group! good luck for everyone!

On a side note:
To everyone who posts and would like me to assist, please include my name somewhere (topic name/topic itself) so when I do a search, i'll be able to locate those who ask for me, and i'll answer as many posts as I can!
