Im a bit confused and frustrated on this one.. Im trying to encode a movie in Tmpgenc and i have it all set up with the kvcdx2 template and it goes, but it (tmpgenc) always seems to crash never finishing the movie, whats worse is that the kvcdx2 template takes so long to encode a movie.
See it never crashes in the same part of the movie.. If it did, then id just re rip i guess. I always manage to get to some where between 80 to 98% or the movie encoded.. Its a real pain in the but.. Is there something in Tmpgenc that im missing or not doing right.. becuase im pretty much doin everything step by step according to the faqs and what not..??

tks

How are you processing your source? Reading the .d2v or an .avs script?

Have you tried processing the .d2v directly, instead of going through AviSynth?
