no difference between x2 and x3 templates??

perhaps I've been just reading too much :book: (or just haven't arrived at that info/thread yet..)

but other than the resolution - what's the difference between the x2 and x3's? the matrices are the same, the bitrate is the same (x2-352480 and x3-528480).. am i missing something? :?:
