Audio Sync Problem after Reencoding

I made a KVCD with TOK with my audio done with BeSweet (why oh why is it everyone likes HeadAC3he so much???), and it was very much in sync, but the file was slightly too big, even for overburn. So, editing out credits not being an option as it's got credits of a rather amusing sort, I went and reencoded them in BeSweet to 112 rather than 128. I then demultiplexed the MPEG file with TMPGEnc, and remultiplexed it with the new sound file (which WAS the exact same length as the original) with both TMPGEnc and bbMPEG, and both of them created a file with the sound out of sync.

What's up?

Very strange...very strange, indeed. I reencoded the audio with HeadAC3he (having used BeSweet to originally encode and downsample and framerate convert which worked fine) to 112 like I'd tried with BeSweet, and muxed with bbMPEG with the INI from ToK, and whadda ya know... it worked quite well. Agh.

Because it blows away BeSweet in speed, by generating CPU specific compiled DLLs
