I've got the template 352x240 and trying to backup Monsters, Inc on one 80min cdr. This is supposed to "shrink" it basically? There's got to be some other setting to mess with but it keeps coming up too big for one disc. I've read through the guide and just can't get it right. TIA!

No, I'm completely doing it wrong I guess, after READING the guide. I use eazy vcd for everything except burning (using nero), and made the kvcdx3 template the default for TMPGenc. I'm assuming that's why it's not working and I'd have to download each program that's listed in the guide rather than just plugging in the template.

That's right. Eazy vcd is just a quick and dirty tool to make unoptimized VCDs. The quality is pretty bad, because it doesn't take many factors into consideration. Like advanced scripts, filters, etc.
