KVCD: What is better? Resolution and CQ...

Hi Friends.

I have a Question about Resolution and CQ.

Is it better to encode with a 480x480 Resolution and a higher CQ or with 528x480 and a lower CQ.

What will provide better Quality???

Will there be a visible difference???

...the lower the resolution, the less chance the picture will jump
