Hi kwag!

Are you still using P/B picture spoiling of -30/-30? I saw you posting that this will make prediction easier, because with this CQ will be in the 30s and not in the 70s? how about quality? does it affect quality at all?

Basically it shifts the CQ curve down. The quality stays the same. I'm currently using 0,0 now, because with the new fast 100:10 prediction and ToK, it's not needed anymore
