FPS problem or a script problem?

Ok I did a couple of KVCDs before and the first ones I done were without script, (I couldn`t figure out how to use them :oops: ) then I learned how o use the filters so I use them now. Now the problem is, the first ones I made were in 29fps then I changed to 23fps and with filters, and because I don`t watch the movies right after I burn them I recently noticed that all the movies I done at 480x480 (kvcd3) at 23fps and with filters have this weird problem: they don`t play fine in the panoramic scenes, I mean when the camera moves, fade in or out, basically when the came ra is on movement for a couple of secs. What happens? the video makes a little jump, is like for an instance goes faster and then goes back to normal speed? As far as I remember I dind`t hear of this problem before. So I`m not sure if it`s my player or my script. here goes what I used lately
Code:

AviSource("D:\Movies-videos\800.avi")
LegalClip()
GripCrop(width=480, height=480, overscan=2 )

EDIT: the first KVCDs I made were using the KVCD2 templates, maybe that helps :roll:
GripSize(resizer="BicubicResize")
STMedianFilter(10, 50, 0, 0, 10, 50)
SpaceDust() # Optional - for some "not so clean" DVDs.
unfilter(50,50)
temporalsmoother(1,2)
GripBorders()
TextSub("D:\Movies-videos\sub.ssa")
LegalClip()

Is the recomended Script but I removed the merge filters couse they are to slow and make my encoding 3 times longer than they should. Any Ideas?

I've had this problem too. Apparently it could be the min bitrate, but I never bothered raising it, as I find it easy to put up with and would prefer not to lose any extra compression. If you really feel you have to get rid of it though, raise the min bitrate to 350, encode a small clip, then raise it in steps of 50 until the jerking stops. :)

I don`t think thats the problem because I made other kvcd that play fine with lower minimun bitrates than 300. And that only happens in the scenes where the camera moves. Like in Example The Tranporter, the fights looks really stupid couse everytime the camera moves the movie slowdown for a milisecond, and that happes like 1 every sec or so, that`s why I`m pointing to the FPS or something weird in the sript. Right now I can`t find a movie with a scene like that to test, that`s why I was asking :wink:
