I was fooling with filters with VirtualDub, go it as good looking as it would get full screened. Then I saved it as an AVI file. Went into TMPGEnc and loaded my custom KVCD template, and decided to fool with the settings. The entire movie of Phantoms came out to an amazing 192 mb!!! At first I thought it couldn't be a working file, and it didn't run at all in WMP. I ran it in VirtualDub and it played perfectly. I burnt the VCD to a MiniCD and it barely fit. Put it in my Apex and it looked stunningly great. Not a single block! I don't remember the filters I used, or the settings in TMPGEnc, but I would sure like to know how it happened. I'll fool around some more and inform you of my findings.
In case some of you don't know, MiniCDs are 210 mb, 24 minute CDs.
