can someone plz tell me how to resume a project, i saved it then i go to file open project clcik start and it asks me if i want to overwrite the file how can i reume it?

It's warning you about overwriting the mpeg you already have on the disk. You can't resume an encode where you left if you aborted and re-started the encode.
