KVCD: ToK loads tmpgenc 4 times?

first of all these templates look like they're awesome. :)
heres my problem.

Im following blackprinces guide to convert divx to kvcd. when I hit start on ToK it loads tmpgenc like 4 times. but each time it creates a file with 240 frame with no audio and no video. then runbbmpeg loads and doesn't do anything cause it doesn't see and audio or video file.

is there any other guide that goes into more detail?

any help is appreciated thank you very much

Hi pixeldotz,Welcome and stick with it because it is so worth it.

Try this guide http://www.kvcd.net/guides/kguide/kvcdguide.htm
If you are using divx,xvid just skip the first part and where it says to load the d2v file just use your avi file instead.
It is more detailed for a begginer

I almost gave up until I found this guide(the pictures help out)
I just used this guide and Black Princes guide together

thanks for the guide it helped. :) I still kept getting this problem though so I just upgraded avisynth and moviestacker. I guess the ones I had where old versions that I had downloaded from the black princes guide

@pixeldotz,

Did you extract the audio from the Divx (avi) file using VirtualDub
and Headac3he as my guide recommends. The result is a .mp2 file
which is input to Tok. The links in my guide for avisynth and movie-
stacker are the most current versions. As bigggt suggests, stick with
it. The results will suprise you. :)
