Could anyone suggest me the best encoding parameters (or, even better,
give me a template) to run a good video quality on a jornada 720 (using Pocket TV ? ).
Being a newbye it is not enough for me to know only the suggested frame rate; TMPGenc ask for a lot of other parameters ( e.g. GOP, etc...) ?!?!
Up to know any attempt I tried is a disaster. Any (encoded)video I play on my jornada is a collection of ghost images...

Please, help me...
