Could someone please explain what kvcd templates are? what program are they used with? I read some where on some random forum someone said he makes higher quality vcds, and longer ones on one cd-r. True? Explanation please? Details? Thanks.

hi jsxtek

those kvcd templates are templates used with tmpgenc to create non-standard vcd´s. indeed they produce awesome quality, 90-120min on one 80min cd-r with awesome quality are no problem, with a resolution of 528x576

but, the templates were yesterday, today you can create kvcd´s with the bitrate and resolution you want to, by using two tools called moviestacker and ToK (and tmpgenc as encoder), so you are much more flexible.
