convert AVI from digital camera to KVCD?

Hi everybody.

My digital camera can create AVI files with 320x240 and 15fps. Which is the best way to convert this AVI files to MPEGS?

Hi grc,

For converting to mpeg ( (K)VCD ), you need a frame rate of at least 23.976fps. Being 15fps, you might have to double the frame rate with an avisynth script to get 30fps :idea:
I haven't done that myself, but I would try that. It still will not look very smooth on playback, because the original is 15fps :?
