TMPGEnc: Kvcd audio sync problem on pal to ntsc conversion

Hi all. I have a PAL XVid that I'm trying to convert to NTSC. The original framerate is 25fps. I used Virtualdub to get the wave file and then compressed that through headache. Went through the tutorials and took a swing at the conversion and came out with a great picture but an audio sync issue.

I noticed in moviestacker that you have to manually speedup/slowdown the audio when there's a format/region conversion. What is the easiest way to do this?

Hi DawnOfTheDuke,

You didn't have to do the PAL->NTSC conversion :!:
Standalone DVD players (most!) will play PAL or NTSC VCDs, because there's no zone restrictions as in DVDs. So just try encoding a small (10 minute or so) clip at 25fps, and try it on your DVD player ;)

Ok. Just tested it out and worked fine.

Thanks!
