Registration Key for TMPGEnc Plus 2.5.10 does Not Work for 2.5.12 ?

Hi there,
I remember when I upgraded from 2.59plus to 2.510plus, it automatically detected the key and did not ask user to enter the key. Since version 2.511plus and the latest 2.512plus, it asked my to enter the key, I did so but it said the key was not a valid one. Anybody experienced the same and why? Thanks!

Probably because you're using the cracked key thats all over the internet and its functionality was removed in 2.512 to stop people from using TMPGEnc Plus without paying.

You should ask for Pegasys for your new key. I you are not a registered user, then you should use the free version of the encoder.
