Dual-Layer Audio MPEG VCD? Both Languages Playing at the Same Time?

okay, i have an mpeg video with Dual language which means that when the movies is playing, both language is playing too at the same time but one is on the left and one is on the right speaker. If i want to listen to the language that i want, then i have to set my speaker to play only on the left side.

So, is there a way to extract or delete the second language so i can play my main langauge on both speaker?

alternative way:
your native language is in left size...
then use the left out from dvd player pluged in
the two channels(left and right) of
you tv or amplifier and the left channel will be in both sides!

Do you want to play the video on a standalone DVD palyer or on your PC ?
