BeSweet dolby surround options

Shoudl I use dolby surround or dolby surround2 when encoding? My Reciever is only Pro-Logic 1.

Use "Dolby Surround". Not DS2, because your receiver is not Prologic II.

Hello,

A Pro Logic decoder can give good results on PLII encoded material, but only a PLII decoder can accurately reproduce spatial effects deliberately encoded to take advantage of PLII's two surround channels (PL has only one).

I'll also add that if you encode DS2, it might cause audio sync issues on some DS receivers. That's why I wouldn't encode DS2 for a regular DS receiver.
