TMPGEnc: Where is Layer 111 Option?

where can i find layer 111 option in tmpgenc for the audio files

You have to install lame. Then you add it to the "Environmental Settings/External tool" in TMPEG.

I find that "scmpx" is a better external audio encoder and it is an exelent frequency converter
