am I better off converting it to NTSC, or keeping as PAL?
I've got a divx file that looks to be in PAL format -
672x384 25 fps Xvid and, not having worked with PAL material before I need some advice. I'm in NTSC land, so am I better off converting it to NTSC, or keeping as PAL...and are there any changes needed for MovieStacke and ToK for PAL? I have a Pioneer 343 by the way, and I'm not sure off hand if it will play PAL VCDs (PAL DVDs don't seem to work as I've already converted this once in PAL format to DVD-R and my TV just showed a rolling black and white picture). Thanks for any help. |
Well the easiest way of course would be to leave it PAL and encode in PAL! try it out if your player supports it! encode a small sample, burn it on CD-R and test!
Edit: Make sure you encode in a PAL resolution too! |
