KVCD has No video?

just curious before I burn to a CD, after I checked the box "Output YUV data as Basic YCbCr not CCIR601" in TMPGEnc, i encoded the file. I looked at the file in WMP and GDivX Player, no video in either. is it suppose to be like that?

I encoded the second half of the movie and checked the same box, but afterwords I did see the movie in WMP. Maybe there was an error in the first movie that I didn't know about.
