I live north of Toronto, the vid caps are from a buddy of mine in Boston, we don't have "Cartoon Network" up here. He capped them with an ATI card and saved them as DivX AVI files, then transfered them to me via ICQ. I in turn converted them to Half-D1 format using a TMPGEnc template called KVCD. Which did a great job, but after 2 conversions, the quality is good, but I fear any more conversions will result in degradation of picture to a point I would not accept.
What I am looking for is a program to join MPEG2 files without re-rendering.
