It creates 352x480 resolution MPEG-2 files, with quality close to (some times equal to ) an SVCD, but with FAR longer play time on each CD-R than a SVCD. Use it ONLY if your player can't play KVCDs, because you'll achieve better quality with MPEG-1 (KVCDx3) than with MPEG-2 (SKVCD) at the low bitrates we deal with here.
You author the MPEGs created as SVCD, and they should play on most DVD players that support SVCD playback.
