Encoding: Conversion from Digital Camera Videos

Hi everobody

I have just bought a digital camera polaroid PDC 2070

the format of the video is
320*240
codec=motion jpeg
framerate=10.400fps

how can i transform it to a kvcd and what avisynth script can i use?
version of avisynth=2.08

Hi CATENA JP,

Problems

First, you have to upscale to at least 352x240.
Next, you have to increase the frame rate to at least 23.976. You're going to have to do some juggling with AviSynth's functions to do that
