KVCD: MovieStacker .pst file - can't open in tmpgenc?

i fnd this program hard to use... so i got a question.
i am following Red-M's KVCD from scratch guide, and wen it says to open the .pst file (from moviestacker) in tmpgenc, i cant.
any1?

k i solved it by saving it as a .avs versus a .pst
but now when i load it, tmpgenc says in the screen: UNEXPECTED CHARACTER "["

Can you copy there that avs file ?
